Free HIIT Workouts
Several Training Options
Personal training, small group training, large group training or a gym membership – you decide how you train.
Personal Training
This service is offered on a 1 – 1 basis. It is aimed exclusively towards you and your individual goals and capabilities.
We also provide an option to work on a 2 – 1 basis (you + a friend with a trainer).
Your fitness and body composition will be assessed constantly and we will set goals regularly so that you stay focused on achieving everything you set out to and more.
Small Group Training
This training is for groups of no more than 6 people. All participants will take part in a similar program.
Each person will be given their own nutritional and lifestyle tips with constant support from the trainer whilst on this program.
The workout design has some modifications made to each individuals plan depending on the level and capabilities of each person.
Large Group Training
Large group classes are available to all fitness levels.
The classes have a fun, friendly, welcoming and extremely motivating atmosphere that give all involved a real feel good factor and for me as a trainer a pleasure to be involved in.
The classes are a mixture of boot camp style layouts involving strength & conditioning, TRX suspension training, kettlebells, HIIT, cardio conditioning and more.
Open Gym Membership
The open gym membership is for people who have experiences with weight training and want the freedom and flexibility to be able to go to the gym in their own time.
With this option you can follow your own exercise or one of KDFs.
Only 20 of these memberships are available to make sure the gym is never over crowded or that you are left waiting to use equipment like you would be in some commercial gyms.
Free HIIT Workouts
