Nutritional support is for people who want to become healthier not only through exercise but also through their eating habits.
Small Group Training
Small group training is similar to personal training only you work in groups of no more than 6 people. All participants will take part in a similar program and workout design with some modifications made to each individuals plan depending on the level and capabilities of each person. Each person will be given their own nutritional and lifestyle tips with constant support from the trainer whilst on this program. You will be assessed the same way as you would be with personal training, with fitness and body composition being monitored regularly as well as constantly setting goals and targets for each person to focus on.
The benefits of small group training:
- It brings a social aspect that 1 – 1 personal training may lack into your training.
- Receive constant encouragement and support not just from your trainer but from the others in the group.
- Develop a sense of teamwork and teambuilding as you work with the same individuals week in week out.
- It’s more pocket friendly than personal training. (It still isn’t cheap, but the value of the service that you will receive is worth way more than you can buy).
- Most importantly, this service will provide you with everything you need in order to start seeing those real life changing results that everyone is striving for!

Even in the large group classes, the attention and care from Karl and Ciara, and now Jenny, makes you feel like you're getting personal training.
