Nutrition Support

Nutritional support is for people who want to become healthier not only through exercise but also through their eating habits.

Gym Membership

The open gym membership is for people who have some experience with weight training and want the freedom and flexibility to be able to go to the gym in their own time and don’t want to be stuck to a schedule like the other options provide.

This service allows you to come and use the gym when it suits you and allows you to focus on what you want to work on.

At KDF we have sample workouts and exercise routines on our whiteboard which you can follow or you have the option of booking in for a consultation and exercise program if you would like to.

There is only 20 of these memberships available and this is to make sure that the gym is never over crowded or that you are left waiting to use equipment like you would be in some commercial gyms. This ensures that your workouts are not interrupted and you get the best out of every minute you spend in the gym. Be sure to contact us swiftly if you would like to avail of this service as there is limited availability and we will not take any more than 20 members onto this option.

I honestly cannot recommend KDF gym enough. Karl and Ciara are brilliant at what they do, always encouraging and welcoming, if you are in need of guidance or assistance, they're always there to help. The gym itself is excellent in terms of variety and consistency. Just in the last 3 months, I was able to see big changes in myself and this was only made possible by Karl moving gym sessions to online and offering a number of different services such as Health & Lifestyle Challenges, Outdoor Sessions and specific training zoom sessions. If you're interested in strength training but don't know where to begin, this is definitely a great place to start.
