Large Group Training
Large group training is a great, fun way to start your fitness journey. You will be part of a group of up to 30 likeminded individuals all striving to be a better, fitter, healthier version of themselves.
Large group classes are available to all fitness levels, from advanced trainee’s to people who’ve never step foot into the gym with all involved feeling as though they’ve gotten a great workout. The classes have a fun, friendly, welcoming and extremely motivating atmosphere that give all involved a real feel good factor and for me as a trainer a pleasure to be involved in. You will develop friendships, gain great confidence in yourself and see fantastic results all whilst having great fun and enjoying yourself. The classes are a mixture of boot camp style layouts involving strength & conditioning, TRX suspension training, kettlebells, HIIT (high intensity interval training), cardio conditioning and more. They will challenge and test you but when the classes’ end everybody involved is left with a real sense of accomplishment and that feel good factor mentioned above!
