Nutritional support is for people who want to become healthier not only through exercise but also through their eating habits.

Personal Training

Personal training is a service offered on a 1 – 1 basis aimed exclusively towards you and your individual goals and capabilities. There is also an option to work on a 2 – 1 basis (you + a friend with a trainer)
Personal training with KDF will ensure you get your training, nutrition and lifestyle habits exactly where you need them in order to for you to start seeing exactly what your body is capable of and achieving the results you’ve always wanted. Using small changes in lifestyle habits and a step by step nutrition approach along with progressive program designs we will make it as easy and as stress free as possible to ensure you get into the best shape of your life. Your fitness and body composition will be assessed constantly and we will set goals regularly so that you stay focused on achieving everything you set out to and more.

Why choose personal training?

Our clients choose personal training for a number of reasons:

  • They are new to training, know where they want to be and what they want to achieve but have no clue how to go about it and need expert advice and service on a 1 – 1 basis.
  • They are new to the gym, feel intimidated and anxious about large group classes and being surrounded by lots of “experienced” gym goers.
  • They have been training for a couple of years, achieving some really good results along the way but there results then start to stagnate and slow so they feel they need to take a more individualised and structured approach to their training, nutrition and lifestyle in order to continue their progression.

I honestly cannot recommend KDF gym enough. Karl and Ciara are brilliant at what they do, always encouraging and welcoming, if you are in need of guidance or assistance, they're always there to help. The gym itself is excellent in terms of variety and consistency. Just in the last 3 months, I was able to see big changes in myself and this was only made possible by Karl moving gym sessions to online and offering a number of different services such as Health & Lifestyle Challenges, Outdoor Sessions and specific training zoom sessions. If you're interested in strength training but don't know where to begin, this is definitely a great place to start.
