Personal Training
Personal training is a service offered on a 1 – 1 basis aimed exclusively towards you and your individual goals and capabilities. There is also an option to work on a 2 – 1 basis (you + a friend with a trainer)

Using small changes in lifestyle habits and a step by step nutrition approach along with progressive program designs we will make it as easy and as stress free as possible to ensure you get into the best shape of your life. Your fitness and body composition will be assessed constantly and we will set goals regularly so that you stay focused on achieving everything you set out to and more.
