My name is Nedine I’m 25. I started training in KDF in October, only I didn’t stick it due to work leading up to the Christmas work, I went back in January & signed up for the 12week challenge. Iv been in so many gyms with all types of training an exercise but I never felt comfortable or stuck them out. In KDF it’s a different atmosphere, it’s friendly, challenging & of course comfortable! I never understood what strength & conditioning was, like most girls i taught it was muscle & masculine until Karl explained to me about definition & toning!
After completing my 12 weeks, I was left stunned, almost to tears when I saw what I had accomplished! My diet was good but not great, whenever I would slip I would turn to Karl & his encouraging words would put me back on track! Iv never felt so energetic, or motivated before I joined KDF! It didn’t just improve my body, it improved my mindset, gave me a positive outlook on everything!
Karl is spectacular at what he does, he has fantastic people skills which go along way in training sessions as he never fails to tell each & everyone of us how well were doing! With a trainer like Karl it’s impossible to give up. I’d highly recommend KDF. It’s definitely changed my lifestyle for the better! Thank you Karl, for the training, encouragement, advice & motivation, I couldn’t have done it without you.

Hi my name is Jocelyn Moran. I’m 26 years old. I started training with Karl in January of this year. I contacted him in December and booked 6 weeks personal training for January. I couldn’t wait to get started but I was very nervous about going back into doing classes as it had been ages since i had done any sort of training. My diet and eating habits was terrible and I wanted a lifestyle change and to do something different.
My diet has been tricky but Karl has thought me so much. He really is brilliant at what he does and very professional. The classes are tough but you are kept Motivated all the time. Each one is different you never get bored !!!
I’m not were I wanna be just yet but I no I’ll get there. I have achieve great results in such a short period of time, which I couldn’t of done without Karl’s help. I now do 3 classes a week and I can honestly say I love doing them. For me his phone app is amazing being able to choose when I wanna do to a class, what time and a day that suits me really makes my life so easy. It’s hassle free. It’s built into my weekly routine now. All the girls are lovely and I always feel comfortable and relaxed. Karl is always there if I ever need to ask a question.
Honestly I wouldn’t train anywhere else now. Can’t recommend him enough.

Hi my name is Caitriona. I’m 26 and i have been training with Karl for about 4 years now. I have always been up and down with my weight, I couldn’t stick to a diet, and got to a point were i was no longer comfortable in my own skin, I had trained in many gyms and tried many classes but never found a result I was happy with. A friend of mine mentioned Karls gym, and i signed up for my first challenge… 6 weeks later I have never looked back!!
Karl takes time to tailor a plan for every individual be it a diet, or work out he makes sure we are 100% sure on what were doing…he offers great motivation and always has time to talk!! Even after 4 years every day is something new and always makes me want to come back, Karls gym has a wide variety of training to offer. I would highly recommend KDF strength and conditioning as it has got me to a healthy and happy point in my life.

My name is Kellymarie spain and I’m 27 years old. I’vebeen training with Karl the last 5 years. My initial reason behind starting a gym was more so for moral support for my sister who wanted to join and needed a gym buddy.. I never would have considered myself unfit or needing to exercise but my outlook on fitness quickly changed after my first couple of classes with Karl & it wasn’t long before I knew it was for me & would be something I would enjoy doing for a very long time.
As my fitness level progressed I started seeing small then bigger changes in my body, i felt healthier looked better had more confidence I enjoyed the feeling I got after every gym session ,all while training in a friendly environment. Over the last few years iv worked on my own personal goals, firstly it was to lose weight , then drop bodyfat , gain muscle, & the most recent weight training which I really enjoy.
Karl has without a doubt been the person to fully support ,coach , encourage and enable me in achieving each and every one of these goals. He is always available to answer the million questions I have about food & nutrition, educating me on healthier eating & giving me a better understanding of what is right and wrong for me regarding food choices ..even on day’s I feel like not training he somehow manages to motivate me to get through the class, pushes me out of my comfort zone to a point where I even surprise myself, he will never let me leave a class without me feeling like I’ve worked 100%. he is tough but fair, no two classes are ever the same which I really enjoy & appreciate. I am never disappointed by how well structured and thought out his workouts are.
I would recommend anybody from zero level of fitness to a frequent gym goer to attend kdf, classes are always full which brings a great atmosphere whilst training but with the feeling of one on one training from karl who is always by your side making sure you are comfortable and confident with each exercise through – out the class.

Hi my name is Charlene. I have been training with Karl for the last 4 years and still do now. He’s by far one of the best trainers I have ever trained with. One of the things I like about training in KDF is you never get bored with the classes, He always mixes things up, it’s never the same class over n over which is why I love training there. He always pushes me to the point I can’t give any more, you’re always guaranteed a great work out!!
The big part for me was he also helped me a lot when it came to my diet. My diet was always a huge barrier for me, I always thought eating less and less was the solution but really it wasn’t. It always affected my mood and energy levels and it always frustrated me why I wasn’t seeing results, why everything was staying the same weight wise, but Karl has helped me throughout the years with my diet, going the right way with things. And now I realise having a HEALTHY BALANCE DIET really is the answer.
I feel a big difference in myself! Got MY RESULTS I always wanted, feeling good in my own body has to be the best feeling ever. Only for Karl guiding me in the right direction with my DIET and TRAINING I couldn’t have done it without all his help. So If you’re looking to lose weight or even just to get Fit, KDF is the place you need to be!

I started training with Karl just over 4 years ago and have never looked back since. I had been a runner for many years and had always maintained some level of fitness, but when my daughter asked me to join a gym with her I didn’t know what to expect or if I would be able for intense exercise, strength training and cardio at the age of 49, however I was very wrong. From the beginning, Karl has been so encouraging and motivating in every way. Karl has pushed me to my limits and has never seen my age as a barrier. I didn’t have much weight to lose but now age 54, I feel fitter, stronger, more toned and my body shape is changing for the better.
Karls sessions are tough but very enjoyable and his fun, friendly but firm approach has helped me to push myself beyond my limits and achieve great results. Thanks to Karl I have had noticeable results and achieved them through the best and healthiest way possible.
